Have Fun Being a Volunteer!
Join a committee or volunteer for a day, for an event, or for a year! You decide how much time you want to invest. We seek volunteers for any of the following:
- Advocacy
- Marketing Our Chapter
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Special Events
- Grant Writing
- Database Manager
- Programs
- Pride Festivals & Parades
- Speakers Bureau
We have a job to fit your schedule. Perhaps you have a couple of hours you could donate. We have one-time-only projects that could use a volunteer to work on them for a few hours. If you enjoy working toward a goal, there are various committees that meet every three or four months. If you want the satisfaction of working with others on a regular basis, there are committees that need members that meet once a month to work on vital issues.
PFLAG needs you. We have many crucial issues ahead of us as we work toward making the world a safer place for our LGBTQ+ friends and relatives. Whether it is support, education, or advocacy, we have committees and projects that need volunteers.
